Flux create kustomization should be escaped

The flux create command contains [ and ] characters that need to be escaped for the command to work:

Current:

az k8s-configuration flux create -g flux-demo-rg -c flux-demo-arc -n cluster-config --namespace cluster-config -t connectedClusters --scope cluster -u https://github.com/Azure/gitops-flux2-kustomize-helm-mt --branch main  --kustomization name=infra path=./infrastructure prune=true --kustomization name=apps path=./apps/staging prune=true dependsOn=["infra"]

Fixed:

az k8s-configuration flux create -g flux-demo-rg -c flux-demo-arc -n cluster-config --namespace cluster-config -t connectedClusters --scope cluster -u https://github.com/Azure/gitops-flux2-kustomize-helm-mt --branch main  --kustomization name=infra path=./infrastructure prune=true --kustomization name=apps path=./apps/staging prune=true dependsOn=\["infra"\]

It would also benefit from being split into a multi-line command, for example:

az k8s-configuration flux create -g demos \
-c flux-demo-1 \
-n cluster-config \
--namespace cluster-config \
-t managedClusters \
--scope cluster \
-u https://github.com/Azure/gitops-flux2-kustomize-helm-mt \
--branch main \
--kustomization name=infra path=./infrastructure prune=true \
--kustomization name=apps path=./apps/staging prune=true dependsOn=\["infra"\]
