Invalid request has been sent. #97650

I keep getting an Invalid request has been sent. error.

I have a valid key and endpoint, and to verify that it was not my code that was broken, I copy pasted the quickstart code and followed the requirements to run the code, and even the code found here: https://github.com/Azure-Samples/cognitive-services-quickstart-code/blob/master/python/Face/DetectFaceAttributes.py and I still get the same error

I had just activated my student account, so perhaps my account needs some time to activate fully. chrome_XSC5AzZEQA

@AlphaHasher Face service access is limited based on eligibility and usage criteria in order to support our Responsible AI principles. Face service is only available to Microsoft managed customers and partners. Use the Face Recognition intake form to apply for access. Please submit the form along with the required details, the service team will review your request based on these details. Until, your subscription is whitelisted you will not be able to use the face API services.
