Update this tutorial to make it available to use latest Sentiment (V3.0) action

Detect Sentiment (V2) action is currently not availble (DEPRECATED) to use because it was already replaced to Sentiment (V3.0) action. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/cognitiveservicestextanalytics/#actions

Both action's output deffers each and this tutorial's function code can't be used with Sentiment (V3.0) action. Could you update this tutorial to make it available to use latest Sentiment (V3.0) action.
