The documentation for `WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE=1` does not mention the Basic tiers #99278

This table (in the Enable functions to run from a package section) does not mention the Basic tier:

Hosting plan | Windows | Linux -- | -- | -- Consumption | `1` is highly recommended. | Only `` is supported. Premium | `1` is recommended. | `1` is recommended. Dedicated | `1` is recommended. | `1` is recommended.

This led some of our developers to believe the WEBSITE_RUN_FROM_PACKAGE setting was not supported on a Basic-tier Linux-based app, but we have tried it on a B1-tier app, and not only did it work just fine, it actually solved a significant deployment issue with deployment lock failures when updating the app.

I suspect this is just an oversight, or perhaps us being a little confused about the different tiers - could the document be clarified to mention the Basic tier.
