We need a better description for "What is an MFA provider" #99692

Hello Team,

I'm working on an internal case where I was using our documentation to explain how they were being charged by an MFA provider where it was confirmed by PG that this is not correct.

The following statement is not correct as per what PG have shared: "The per-user option calculates the number of individuals in your tenant who perform two-step verification in a month."

The calculation for per-enabled user is made as per the following statement: "If the customer is using a user to represent a Room mailbox, those still count. Same is true for inactive users if they aren't cleaned up on a regular basis. We don't have a way to tell which users are subject to MFA, so we use the total user count since all users have the possibility of using MFA." Ref: https://portal.microsofticm.com/imp/v3/incidents/details/338032942/home

Our suggestion: From: The per-user option calculates the number of individuals in your tenant who perform two-step verification in a month. To: The Per Enabled User option considers the number of enabled accounts in your tenant who can perform MFA in a month.
