Additional endpoints #99790

We have been monitoring the traffic from some Azure Databricks environments and are finding additional URIs that are being called by Databricks as it is running. They are being called by packages that are running on the cluster. These are the URIs that were collected in a 60-minute period:

azure.archive.ubuntu.com developer.download.nvidia.com dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com motd.ubuntu.com msedge.b.tlu.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com msedge.f.dl.delivery.mp.microsoft.com nginx.org nvidia.github.io ppa.launchpad.net shavamanifestazurecdnprod1.azureedge.net shavamanifestcdnprod1.azureedge.net shavamanifestcusprod1.blob.core.windows.net

They should be documented in the ADB network configuration someplace, whether that should be in this document or a new linked document, that I will leave to you.
