'Subscribe to Azure Updates through the RSS feed' instructions no longer valid #311

It appears both the RSS feed and the "Search all updates" functionality have been removed from the Azure updates page referenced in the article.

@TPavanBalaji There was a blog post today on this and from the sound of it, it's a temporary issue with the Azure updates page. I think this can be closed for now as it will (hopefully) get resolved on the other end. https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/azure-updates/june-2024-azure-updates-undergoing-maintenance/ba-p/4170116

@pmccli - We have updated the documentation. Notification of software updates, termination of support for older preview OS versions, and similar information is posted on the Azure Updates website or in the IoT blog on the Internet of Things website
