Removed the outdated "SpellSuggestions answers do not support a separate endpoint like the Image Search API does (only the Web Search API returns them)."
Instead of replacing by another service, I chose to omit the paragraph entirely so there's no need to re-visit when (if) the other service also gets its own endpoint.
Also rephrased the previous paragraph to further eliminate the need for the omitted paragraph.
