QnA solutions can no longer be created #209

QnA maker needs to be updated to the new question answering solution within Cog services. This applies to multiple pages within the composer docs

Hey Ivor! There are a bunch of LUIS and QnA Maker sunset notices in the Composer docs. Let me know if any of them should be made more prominent.

Until the Cognitive Services team has a Composer specific sample for how to use the new services in Composer, I don't have much I can link to. You can follow the thread in this Composer issue (https://github.com/microsoft/BotFramework-Composer/issues/9400).

Hey Jonathan! I didn't pay close enough attention to the github login, hope you're doing well. The QnA Maker needs to happen first in my opinion, since new instances haven't been able to be created since beginning of Oct, and LUIS should still work until spring of next year.

I'll keep tabs on that thread, and if I magically come up with a working sample in composer I'll share the code to see if it helps any of y'all

Much has changed, but I am well. Once I have a sample I can link to, I will do so. It will likely be in the Cognitive Services docs or one of their samples repos.

So, new SDK samples 12 and 48 in the sample's repo demonstrate how to connect to the custom question answering feature. Not a full fix for the Composer scenario, but it might give you enough info to move forward.

Looks like a Composer package came out recently, see the comment from the 14th.
