Obsolete Documentation #219

Most of the documentation in Micorsoft Learn is obsolete, which makes learning new tools very difficult. For example, when creating a bot with Framework Composer, LUIS is continually referenced when this is deprecated. These kinds of things only cause the learning path to become unbearable. On the other hand, there are programs, like the Framework Composer itself, that have not been officially updated for 2 years, but if you start digging around by searching Githup you will find that there are versions that can help you. It's all very frustrating. I would appreciate some light on where to focus to create a bot without reaching a dead end. I already have my Languange Studio ready with its CLU, Custom question answering and Orchestrator correctly working in Azure but I am not able to create the bot by accessing this resource. Whichever branch I use (Composer or SDK) I always hit a dead end (PS: I've read the Microsoft doc several times). Thank you
