Documentation missing for using EdgeDriver to drive Edge on an Android phone #1997

Description of the issue: There's no documentation about how to use EdgeDriver to drive Edge on an Android phone. It do not work out of the box so it would be great if it would be documented.

As far I as I got is setting package name to com.microsoft.emmx and activity name to com.microsoft.ruby.Main but then fail on Failed to get sockets matching: @weblayer_devtools_remote_.*
