This PR does the following:

• Adds the API links from Release > Stable https://learn.microsoft.com/microsoft-edge/webview2/release-notes#10227786 into the existing Script Execution section/tab-set.
• Alphabetically sorts APIs in that section by type.
• Expands the lead-in sentence for that section to not be telegraphic.
