Incomplete installation instructions for Microsoft ODBC Driver on Linux

I was trying to install the ODBC driver for Ubuntu 18.04 following the instructions here.

Since libssl1.0.0 is not installed by default on Ubuntu Bionic (or at least my docker image), you would have to install it manually

apt-get install libssl1.0.0

This was not mentioned in the documentation, but probably should have been.
