Purge is case sensitive #1358

Problem: What's wrong with the article? There is no reference on any of the docs that the path is case sensitive. If we are not respecting the case, the request succeeds but the content is not pre-loaded - see here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cdn/cdn-preload-endpoint#feedback
