Describe the bug Belarus is not available in drop-down menu during profile edit

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://techprofile.microsoft.com/en-us/edit'
Scroll down to 'Manage your email preferences' section
Click on 'Select a country/region' drop-down menu. There is no entry for Belarus in the country list.
