Similar issue with https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/security-updates/SecurityAdvisories/2015/3033929 Most of formatting on that page is messed up.

It's weird that the localization repos are open, but not the english https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=security-updates&type=&language= But it also looks like they stopped updating content on that site a year ago
