Update Role and Permission #1618

Problem: Please update Role and Permission of Partner CSP and MPN. Roles and permission are not sync up with https://internal.support.services.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4032746 .

  1. On the Manage commercial transactions in Partner Center (Azure AD and CSP roles), Global admin role, Add a point in What they can do. • View, create, and manage billing, invoices, and recon files

  2. On the "Note in Set up your employees to work in Partner Center" and "Role in On the Manage commercial transactions in Partner Center (Azure AD and CSP roles) " , Change "User Admin" role name to "User management admin"

  3. On the Manage MPN membership and your company (non-AAD roles: these roles manage the company business rather than the tenant), MPN partner admin role, Add a point in What you can do. • View other user roles within organization, but not assign any role to anyone

  4. On the Manage MPN membership and your company (non-AAD roles: these roles manage the company business rather than the tenant), MPN partner admin role, Delete 1 point in What you can do. Delete • Can add non-tenant users

  5. On the Manage MPN membership and your company (non-AAD roles: these roles manage the company business rather than the tenant), Account admin role, Delete 1 point and 2 texts in What you can do. Delete • Can add non-tenant users Delete "or delete" in " • Add or delete locations"
