Missing Azure AD and B2C samples in docs.microsoft.com/samples

Problem:

A lot of the Azure AD samples here:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/authentication-flows-app-scenarios

aren't included.

These B2C custom policies articles aren't included:

https://github.com/azure-ad-b2c/samples

There are some missing B2C samples here:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory-b2c/code-samples

MSAL samples (V2) are included but ADAL samples (V1) are missing:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/sample-v1-code
