OWIN classes missing #1830

It would be useful to add documentation for OWIN related classes like IAppBuilder, StartupOptions etc.

Issue is about missing documentation. I guess that means there aren't any.

(@milivojm I didn't quite understand this issue, because I'm unfamiliar with OWIN.) Is https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/aspnet/core/fundamentals/owin?view=aspnetcore-6.0 what you're searching for?
