No samples for using REST API with Bot Framework v4 #1939

Hi,

I tried to search how can I consume REST API in my nodejs file for Bot Framework v4. I tried to look up in following:

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/bot-service/rest-api/bot-framework-rest-connector-api-reference?view=azure-bot-service-4.0

But I didn't find any solution that can help me out. So if we could have some samples it could help anyone new to it otherwise it would be hunch in a dark.
