Python SDK azure-mgmt-web returns 404 #2100

Describe the bug The documentation for the Python SDK azure-mgmt-web currently returns a 404 error.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/python/api/azure-mgmt-web/index?view=azure-python

Expected behavior The documentation should be there

I reported this a week ago. The documentation itself has been missing for over a week. It seems somewhat shocking that you can have broken links and missing files and no one even bothers to acknowledge it for a week. Is anyone looking into this?

@kaerm - do we need to onboard the library, or was it replaced?
