Planned release for CREDIT MANAGEMENT functionality #2152

Hi, I've been tracking the planned release for new Credit Management functionality, which was supposed to be being released in Jan 2020..... BUT checking today I see the feature has disappeared from the list of planned released Oct '19 - Mar '20.

Please advise on what is going on with this planned new functionality.
