Email is required to activate a sandbox

I am having issues creating the sandbox for any modules now. For example:

I have been able to up until Thursday April 30th when the issues started. I get the error:

Email is required to activate a sandbox. Your Microsoft account must be linked to a valid email to activate a sandbox.

I have tried the following:

• Open Chrome in incognito mode
• Use Edge
• Flush browser cache
• Use Chrome on different machine
• Go to a module that I previously completed, same message
• Log in/out of Learn and Azure portal
• Add an outlook.com email alias
• Log in with my business account which has an MSDN subscription
