@DaveBeasley This is regarding https://docs.microsoft.com/learn/modules/dynamics-365-service-level-agreements/7-managing-kpis-using-service-level-agreements
Could you take a look and provide direction, and improve the doc if possible.
Thanks, Jason
@DaveBeasley The same text is in multiple learning paths, so not sure exactly which one is being referenced:

Can you share details of where you are seeing this issue? Is this a PR, ADO bug? What is #2771? Is this feedback from a learner?
The items you list below are different modules. The first is from a test your knowledge question for portals, the second is about Dynamics 365 Customer Service SLAs – different topic. The text is a heading.

Similar to the other message – what is this? Is this a bug? I can’t find #2771 in my ADO that I use for bugs. It’s not a PR that I can find.
What is the context? I’ve made changes to this exercise based on previous learner feedback? What is the new feedback?

@JasonWHowell I only received an email and didn't know where this feedback was coming from. I've found that it is Git repo feedback. I've made a small change to the text of adding the demo data. You need to have the application open -- whether it is Customer Service, Sales, etc. and then add demo data in your own trial or sandbox environment. The demo data references above are for Customer Service.
you guys created all of this learning content and then do this:
_Before we Begin: The Exercises work best when you have some sample data to work with. Depending on if the environment you are working with, you may want to install some sample data to assist with exercises. Dynamics 365 does provide the ability to add sample data as needed. If the environment you are working in does not have any sample data installed, follow the steps below to install the sample data into your environment.
Enable Sample Data -- Detailed Steps:
wtf is this referring to? "on the main application"? no links? not well done.
