Why is it so hard to "Search" for content? This platform does not allow exclusive keyword searching. Why not?

When I tried "azure" and "workbook" your sytem searches for ""azure" and "workbook"" and returns over 300000 results. This is not possible! This is not useable! I don't have a lifetime to sift through 300000+ articles to find relevant content!

Do Microsoft "Engineers" never use advanced searching of the internet to find content? This same issue exists in Yammer! and Teams! and Outlook!
