Describe the bug References to APIs are replaced with code blocks.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/microsoft.visualstudio.testtools.unittesting.assert.throwsexception
  2. See error

Expected behavior Clickable links, not code blocks.

This issue is not actually in the dotnet/dotnet-api-docs repo, so I'm reopening it here. The fix will need to be made in the API source code. FYI @gregvanl .

The source code is probably using a code tag instead of c.
