I login with my studentpartner account, but when I go to the "Learn" page, I get logged out again

Describe the bug I can't seem to stay logged into my account, and therefore none of my progress is being saved to my account. To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/browse/'
2. Click sign in
3. Pick my studentpartner account
4. It reloads, but I don't see myself logged in

Expected behavior It should be logged into my account and all my progress should be saved to it
