[BUG] Edit button redirects to incorrect link in samples browser #2988

Describe the bug Samples browser's edit button redirects to incorrect link.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/samples/dotnet/machinelearning-samples/mlnet-image-classification-transfer-learning/
  2. Click on Edit button.
  3. It redirects to https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/samples/blob/live/dotnet/machinelearning-samples/mlnet-image-classification-transfer-learning/index.yml

Expected behavior It should redirect to https://github.com/dotnet/machinelearning-samples/edit/master/samples/csharp/getting-started/DeepLearning_ImageClassification_Binary/README.md

Looks like this isn't tracked. I came across this issue multiple times and find it very annoying.

@meganbradley Can you please log an internal bug report?
