Document title in the menu does not match the page and content provided

Docs / CSP offers / Upgrade or transfer offers to newer versions/Upgrade Dynamics AX subscriptions to Dynamics 365 directory refers to Dynamics AX subscriptions migration to Dynamics 365 but the actual page and content refers to "Migrate Dynamics 365 and Customer Engagement Plan from Basic (qualified offers) to newer versions ". It is a totally different product discussed in this page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/manual-subscription-migration
2. Title of page refers to migrating Dynamics 365 to newer versions of CE and not AX which is an ERP product.

Expected behavior https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/partner-center/manual-subscription-migration shows content exclusively related to AX on-premises migration to Dynamics 365 cloud offerings
