[Localization issue] Please do not translate 'Rogue Wave Software'

Describe the bug 'Rogue Wave Software' is translated to "悪意のある Wave ソフトウェア" on https://docs.microsoft.com/ja-jp/troubleshoot/azure/cloud-services/support-linux-open-source-technology. "悪意のある" means maliciousness in Japanese.

Expected behavior I think it is better to leave 'Rogue Wave Software' as it is.
