SysInternals PageDefrag Does Not Work #3076

The Bug The SysInternals PageDefrag utility can be downloaded and executed. When executed, it produces a popup error message: Error extracting PageDefrag driver to drivers directory.

To Reproduce

  1. Download the utility: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-gb/sysinternals/downloads/pagedefrag
  2. Execute it.

Expected Behaviour Should work as documented.

Desktop OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit
