Suggestions for the H265/HEVC decoder docs

It would be helpful if the following things are explicitly mentioned in the H265/HEVC decoder docs

1. Since the Fall Creator's update, an extension must be installed from the Windows Store to access the decoder (as mentioned here).
2. For the input media type, attributes like MF_MT_FRAME_SIZE must be set (as mentioned here) to be able to set the output type. These attributes are documented in the H264 decoder's page and can be similarly documented here as well.
