Nicaragua not listed in Country/Region field

Describe the bug When being prompted to create a profile to start a course, I am unable to locate my country in the Country/Region field, should be listed right before Niger or Nigeria, Nicaragua does not appear.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/users/register?redirectUrl=https%3A%2F%2Fdocs.microsoft.com%2Fen-us%2Flearn%2Fmodules%2Fget-started-flows%2F1-introduction%3Fsource%3Dlearn'
2. Click on 'Country/Region *'
3. Scroll down to 'List of countries: Nicaragua not showing'
4. See error: N/A

Expected behavior Nicaragua should appear in Region/Country dropdown list
