Dead links in TaskScheduler XML template #3127

Describe the bug Dead links in TaskScheduler XML template (XSD).

To Reproduce Look at https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/win32/blob/docs/desktop-src/TaskSchd/task-scheduler-schema.md The links in the 'schema header' (if that might be the correct name for it) are dead. For example this one targetNamespace="http://schemas.microsoft.com/windows/2004/02/mit/task"

Expected behavior I would like to easily find the related documentation.
