Sandbox suspended #3132

My company require me to finish this Azure fundamental training https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/paths/azure-fundamentals/ before the end of this month. However, I don't know why my sandbox use has been suspended. Can you guys approve my appeal as soon as possible? My email JUNLI272@towerswatson.com. Thanks a lot.
