[zh-CN] The tagline translation for Microsoft Ignite promo is horrible. #3133

It's a nit, but it shows the current state of Microsoft localization effort: overuse of machine translation and depend on glossary without thinking about context. Maybe at least tune the MT and terminology database so that it isn't this laughably bad.

Original Term: Learn. Connect. Explore. Current Translation: 学习。 Connect。 “资源管理器”。

@SonjaSaltzman The Ignite banner (which is now done) got feedback on localization. I'm not sure who would be a suitable contact.

@Alisha-Acharya I think this is part of your content? Not sure why "connect" wouldn't be localized (also, not sure about quality of the other 2 terms).
