Account "hacked" / Banned status? #3182

In 2019, I was nominated for the Microsoft MVP award. I have post-COVID syndrome and suffer significant pain. My account was somehow 'banned' for unknown reasons. There is an email explaining why, no process for having it removed.

Would you please remove the banned status, and whatever was the cause will be remedied?

Status? I am willing to do anything it takes to resolve this. I have covid syndrome, Rheumatoid arthritis and live in excessive pain, I haven't been able to work since 2016. I have had a fever for three months, and it is really difficult to not be able to access the site. please advise
