Improving the guide for switching to gMSA accounts in System Center 2019 Operations Manager

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. This feature request is related to improving the correctness of the content, related to switching to Group Managed Service Accounts in SCOM 2019 and is provided thanks to @Cyr-Az (https://github.com/Cyr-Az):

There is some incorrect and also some unclear information on this page.

Describe the solution you'd like There are 3 things that require fixing on the page:

• It may sound obvious, but it is not really, if you're not familiar with SQL : all the gMSAs need to be added as "Logins" in the instance and not only as "Users" in the databases.
• On Step 6, it should say: "only on Opsmgr DB's msdb"
• Permissions for Data Access Service account on OperationsManager DB : "configsvc_users" is likely wrong, should be "ConfigService" instead.
