Your sign-up contravenes GDPR and is actionable. #3222

Describe the bug You must surely know that GDPR does not allow you to gather contact details for marketing without explicit informed consent, and that having a single checkbox for privacy policy and marketing does not meet that standard.

Thanks folks - we are looking into this. @sharriexie is helping us with the experience. The section in question is specifically designed to be related to update content only (see header description), and can be skipped.

I might possibly have overlooked the white on white skip button, yes :-) I acknowledge that probably defangs my assertion that it's contra GDPR
