Add "Sales" / "Activation" area information. #3314

Describe the solution you'd like You identify the various "geographic locations" in a table. Great. It would really help to include "sales/activation" locations. MS has defined several regions for sales/activation purposes. You cannot activate an Office/Windows product key outside of it's "sales region". For example, I'm looking at the MS Store in Bermuda. I presume it is part of the North America region, according to this page: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/choose-valid-billing-market
(but that page does not explicitly include Bermuda, please add it to the appropriate list on that page)

Here is a partial list I got somewhere else, long ago. Unfortunately it does not include all of the Americas, just "Central America" Apparently there are a couple of lists, here is an alternate one. Unfortunately I don’t remember where I got it … . Central America: Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Panama . EU/EFTA: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the U.K. . Middle East: Afghanistan, Bahrain, Djibouti, Egypt, Jordan Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen, . North Africa: Morocco, Tunisia, and Algeria . WECA:Angola, Benin, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Ethiopia, French Polynesia, Gabon, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea-Bissau, Kenya, Liberia, Madagascar, Malawi, Mali, Martinique, Mauritania, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, New Caledonia, Niger, Nigeria, Republic of Cote D’Ivoire, Reunion, Sao Tome, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda, Zambia, Zimbabwe . Please resurect this page with that information on it: http://www.microsoft.com/worldwide/region.aspx

This page is specifically for valid GEOID identifiers in Win32, for application developers to use when writing Win32 apps. While I agree that locale information for Sales purposes is valuable, I'm afraid it's not appropriate for this page. I'd recommend asking in a docs area not specifically intended for developer use.
