Faulty hyperlink in open specifications for MS-DOC #3394

Describe the bug

An article of the open specifications of MS-DOC contains a faulty hyperlink.

To Reproduce

  1. Go to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/openspecs/office_file_formats/ms-doc/79dea1e9-4dce-4fa0-8c6b-56ba37b68351
  2. Click on Binary Document Password Verifier Derivation Method 2

Expected behavior

The user is redirected to where Binary Document Password Verifier Derivation Method 2 points to.

Screenshots

As shown below, Binary Document Password Verifier Derivation Method 2 does not contain a href tag.

Thank you @airglow923 and @JasonWHowell for pointing this out. I will look into why this particular stretch of text is appearing as hot. Just fyi, the link to section 2.3.7.4 in [MS-OFFCRYPTO] immediately following does point the section titled Binary Document Password Verifier Derivation Method 2.
