Reset Password #3455

Hello, Looking for some guidance. I'm locked out from my 365 account. I tried to reset it but the Admin account phone number is one digit off. I open a case with support two weeks ago (ticket number #240272239). I never open a case with Microsoft before. Is this normal? Is everybody that has an open issue with Microsoft waiting 2 weeks or more for a response? I just need a password reset. Its no big whoop. Does everybody wait weeks for Microsoft to respond? Thank you

Add another day. No help; No support. I’m OK with paying for support. Just tell me what you require to reset my password.
