Role filters do not work correctly on learning paths #3572

Developer filter works correctly but Business User and Functional Consultant doesnt. These two filters do not filter anything out. Perhaps it has something to do with space in the filter string? image

This was an user error. The small screen does not show all tags that are attached to the lesson/path, it shows only those it can fit into the first line of the tag list. When the lesson/path is opened, it shows all tags that are attached to it.
