Suggestion: Microsoft should call latency in the cloud as CloudRain #3747

Hi,

Actually its a suggestion from my 6 year old kid Kunal with whom I was learning AZ-900 concepts. It just came in between that what should be latency in cloud technologies called? He said promptly as "CloudRain". His crazy idea was looks brilliant as when it rains then there is huge latency in internet. That was his logic.

What an interesting idea! However, we'll likely continue to use the standard industry term for latency, so that engineers know what we're talking about. Latency can be caused by a lot more things than just rain interfering with microwave/satellite communications ;-). Sounds like Kunal has a bright future in engineering!
