Make sure to verify the status with content owners. Some loc repos are (or were) intentionally public for feedback/contribution. (Don't assume all loc repos should be private).

I thought that all "-pr" repos should be private, but it seems this isn't the case. Still thank you for verifying the statuses of the repos.
