Automating Email Generation for IT Support Requests Using QnA Maker #4010

I have created a QnA maker and added the questions according to my requirements. Now I want it to convert the user request to an automated email. For example, if a user wants help from the IT support team and clicks the requests according to his problem, the email should be built according to his requests. I need help in this situation.
