Missing words/phrases in SPN documentation #589

A ton of the content in these documents appear to be in quotes, but the actual content between the quotes is missing.

Secondly, several blocks in these sections are labeled as C++ code, but aren't C++, and shouldn't be considered as or labeled as C++.
