"For more information" link displayed as code block in Windows Desktop API docs #941

Describe the bug "For more information" link is rendered as code on the doc page.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/desktop/api/processthreadsapi/ns-processthreadsapi-_startupinfoa#members

Expected behavior More information link given directly in doc

Any updates on this issue? The above link is currently a 404, but the issue is still present on the (presumably moved) page at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/processthreadsapi/ns-processthreadsapi-startupinfoa , as well as on the STARTUPINFOW page at https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/api/processthreadsapi/ns-processthreadsapi-startupinfow .
