C/C++ VS Code support #108

Product and Version [VSCode]: VS Code OS Version [macOS/Windows/Linux/WSL]: macOS/Windows/Linux/WSL IntelliCode Extension Version: Latest Target Platform or Language [C/C++]: C/C++

Currently supported on Visual Studio but not on VS Code. Would be awesome!

Given they specifically added it first in visual studio which is a c++ ide, I would also love to get this, as i can't otherwise get a vs ide, since i'm running linux only
