Update which-task-management-option.md with latest Loop updates #904

Updated the section on Loop tasks to reflect the changes to the product since the article was originally published.

I updated the Loop section of the article. There have been many changes to task management since the original publication. Some that address Cons originally listed.

Awesome, @DarrellaaS. Clearly you figured out the beast that is Github.

Do you feel your changes cover all your concerns with the article or do you think we still need to review it for accuracy?

I’ll submit a PR for some additional edits. The thing about an article like this is it needs to be kept up to date. When it turns up in search results and is hosted on a Microsoft site, it’s seen as authoritative. It’s not a reflection on David. It’s the nature of the subject matter - always changing. Now that I know how to contribute, I will play my part to help keep things up to date. That’s what community is for. Hat tip to David for the great article that helps people compare the experiences.

@DarrellaaS That's the challenge with all these articles: they need regular review to ensure they are valid. Because this repo is a community one, no one person "owns" the articles after they are published. Therein lies the rub.
